Fishbox Club - add extra items to your Fishbox deliveries

Every Thursday, the week before your Fishbox is due, we will send you an email to let you know what seasonal products are available and will give you the option to add them to your upcoming Fishbox.
These products are not usually found in Fishboxes so it is a great way to upgrade your box with special extras.
Since we buy direct from local fishermen and only source the freshest produce we only have limited stock of each product so, if you fancy something extra in your next Fishbox, you've got to be quick!
DO I HAVE TO BE A FISHBOX CUSTOMER TO GET THESE PRODUCTS?
Yes. The Fishbox Club is available exclusively to Fishbox customers. You must have an active Fishbox subscription for us to be able to process and deliver your order. If you do not have an active Fishbox subscription but are ready to start enjoying the freshest seafood, join today!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Every Thursday, the week before your Fishbox is due, we'll send an email to let you know what tasty, seasonal products we have coming in that week. In the email there will be a link which will take you to the Fishbox Club website which looks like this:
2. The website will show the seasonal products available. You can add any items you fancy to your basket by clicking on the product's image and then clicking "Add to Cart".
3. Once you are happy with your the items in your cart you can proceed to the Checkout where you will be asked to enter your contact details, then click "Continue".
4. Great news! Shipping is FREE so you can just click "Continue" through this section.
5. You will not be asked to enter your card details and payment will not be taken at this stage, this is simply an order form that will be sent to us to process. We will take payment from the card registered on your Fishbox account on the day the payment for your Fishbox is taken, so just click "Continue" through this section.
6. Since products are subject to availability, there is a chance we will run out, so please make your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
7. We will inlcude the additional items in your Fishbox.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO ORDER BY?
To ensure we have enough time to process your order please tell us what items you'd like to add to your Fishbox by the following times:
Order by 2pm the Friday before for Tuesday delivery
Order by 2pm the Monday before for Wednesday delivery
Order by 2pm the Tuesday before for Thursday delivery
Order by 2pm the Wednesday before for Friday delivery
WHAT IF I WANT TO AMEND MY ORDER?
If you've placed your order and payment has not be taken you get can in touch by calling us on 01463 567 700 or e-mailing hello@fishbox.co.uk and we can edit your order. If you have been charged, you can still contact us and, if possible, we will amend your order and arrange a credit if necessary.
HOW IS MUCH P&P?
There is no delivery charge as the items are added to your Fishbox.
HOW DO I PAY?
There is no need for you to make the payment. We will take payment from the card registered on your Fishbox account on the day the payment for your Fishbox is taken through our secure payment system, so no hassle!
HOW WILL THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS ARRIVE?
Your Fishbox and all of the additional items you have ordered will arrive in one box, as one order. The same delivery guidelines apply so there is no need to sign for your box, it can be left according to your registered delivery instructions. All of your additional items will be labelled just like any other Fishbox products.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD TO MY FISHBOX?
It completely depends on the season and what our fishermen are catching in the seas! We will be offering sides of salmon, fresh, hot-smoked and cold-smoked. These are great to have in the house for when family comes to visit, dinner parties or for you to enjoy.
