Smokie Hash with a fried egg on top

Ingredients

Arbroath Smokies

New Potatoes

Butter

Garden Peas

Eggs

 


Method

Boil some new potatoes before crushing them up in some butter

Then steam the smokies with abit more butter until they are soft enough to pull all the flesh off

Cook the garden peas

Mix it all together and keep warm in the oven, while frying the eggs
